Description

The United States Army Communication-Electronic Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) intends to procure the Stabilization Indicator, ID-2279/A, NSN 6610-01-326-0119. The Government intends to award a sole source, five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Range quantities will be identified with a maximum quantity of 1250 . This contract will be issued to Honeywell International, Inc. Tempe, Arizona on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. See Numbered Note 22. The Government does not possess the drawings, specifications, or acceptance test procedures necessary to build the Stabilization Indicator, ID-2279/A. Items on the contract will be ordered by individual delivery orders. Each delivery order will set forth requirements, delivery schedule, shipping instructions and the applicable price. Packaging and packing shall be in accordance with Military Standard 2073-ID. Additional information will be available through the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI), Interactive Business Opportunities Page (IBOP) at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil, once the solicitation is posted. This synopsis is provided for informational purpo ses only and shall not be considered a request for proposal. However, all responsible sources interested in participating in this procurement may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. See Numbered Note 26. The U.S. Army C-E LCMC has established the IBOP website as part of the ASFI, to allow electronic transmittal of solicitations and proposals. All parties interested in doing business with C-E LCMC are invited to access and operate the ASFI in order to send and receive information.
