- NAICS Code 238320. Service includes, but is not limited to: removal of existing wall covering and installation of approximately nine hundred six (906) lineal yards of 54" wide Government-furnished vinyl wall covering in all the lobbies and conference rooms. All work will be performed at the Federal Building, Huron, South Dakota. Security clearances will be required for all workers. Work to be completed within 45 calendar days after notice to proceed. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued December 8, 2005, with offers due on December 28, 2005. Anticipated award date is December 29, 2005. To be eligible for award, contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. The solicitation will be made available electronically at the FedBizOpps website on the Internet at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading documents. It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor the site for the release of the solicitation and amendments, if any. A limited number of paper copies of the solicitation will be made available. Requests for paper copies must be made in writing to the Contracting Officer at PO Box 19, Aberdeen, SD 57402. Fax requests will be accepted at 605-226-7305. This procurement is being set aside for small business. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. A site visit is recommended. The subject drawings for this solicitation include Sensitive But Unclassified building information (SBU). For reasons of security and before release of SBU information, the requester must complete and sign the Document Security Notice (see Document Security Notice post in conjunction with this synopsis in FedBizOpps). All of the following information must be submitted and provided by the requester via the spaces provided in the Notice: 1) Copy of business license (or other documentation granted by the state or local jurisdiction to conduct business); 2) Company's Dun and Bradstreet number; and 3) Valid Tax Identification Number. The Notice shall be submitted to the point of contact cited herein. No e-mail copies will be accepted; however, facsimiles will be accepted. After verification of the preceding information, the requester will be designated as an authorized user and a copy of the drawings will be sent to the address the requester has provided.
