Description: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that pavement-marking services are performed at Dover AFB in a manner that will conform to all local, state, and federal regulations. The contractor shall follow procedures and perform the services in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), as appropriate. The quality of paint shall be the standard used for parking lots and streets. Reflective paint shall be applied where required.
