The United States Penitentiary Hazelton, West Virginia, requires various milk and dairy products for the second quarter of Fiscal Year 2006. The requirement is unrestricted. All qualified offers will be considered. All vendors shall be registered in the CCR (www.ccr.gov) and ORCA (www.orca.bpn.gov). The solicitation will be available on or after December 2, 2005, and will be distributed soley through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions.
