Description

The Troop Issue Supply Activity Center in Camp Grayling, MI has a requirement for bread and other bakery products. This solicitation is a cascading set-aside procurement under NAICS code 311811, with a small business size standard of 500 employee s. Bids will be considered in the following order: Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business, Small Disadvantaged business, hubzone, woman owned small business, small business and Large Business. Eventual contract award will be based on Best Value and vend ors should be prepared to submit a quote that they feel will best support our requirements. Vendors must be able to comply with Armed Forces sanitary standards and the FDA/USDA Food Code. The contractor shall provide the products on an on-demand, as neede d basis for the period of January 3, 2006 through January 3, 2007. FOB Destination pricing is required. Award will be based on price, ability to meet required specifications, and past performance. The quantities are estimates and a variation in quanti ty of 20% applies to this contract with no guarantee as to the total quantity to be ordered. Complete the attached pricing sheet and required certifications and representations (52.212-3 & 252.225-7000) and submit proof of Central Contractor Registration , and submit to Kim Pohl, Purchasing Agent, USPFO for MI, 3111 W.
