Description

RFQ HSBP1006Q0641, PR # 20017309, Toner Cartridges, Warehouse Stock THIS SOLICITATION IS CANCELLED IN ITS ENTIRETY. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for supplies and services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HSBP1006Q0641 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quote. The Closing Date and Time for this solicitation is December 19, 2005 at 4:30 PM Arizona Time. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-06. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents and to review the full copy solicitation. This requirement is solicited as a Total Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS code is 443120 with a size standard of $7.5 Million. Contractors are still required to identify their company's business size even though unrestricted via their representations and certifications. The requirement is for multiple toner cartridges as listed below. To be delivered FOB Destination to: Customs and Border Protection; Tucson Sector Warehouse; 1970 West Ajo Way, Tucson, AZ 85713. Provisions at 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial and 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items (Jan 1999) as amended. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to this solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Each quote will be evaluated independently. No mergers of solicitations will be accepted. Contact the contract specialist shown below for a complete copy of this solicitation.
