Description
This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While is it understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopses and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. DESC: Provide information necessary to develop and deliver an off the shelf course in Advanced MBTI: Using Myers-Briggs As A Reference For Working With Others. NSWCDL is seeking a vendor to provide an advanced Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) course. This course is intended for employees wishing to expand their knowledge, skills and abilities using MBTI as a reference when working with others. The advanced MBTI course will assist employees to understand how they can best interact with colleagues and leaders of different types. This class will also address how participants can make balanced decisions, motivate others, resolve conflicts, and work in groups or teams based on their knowledge of MBTI. Participants will learn how types can be used to gain and appreciation of cross-cultural issues. In response to this request for information, please provide the following: (1). Advise if the program is on GSA schedule. (2) Program description, objectives, and outline of matching tool. (3) Program description, objectives, and outline of courses. (4) Demonstration copy of tools and capabilities, if available. (5) Representative cost of development, delivery, and administration of program. Provide your commercial price list. (6) Experience in developing and delivering programs similar in nature to this program. (7) Name and credentials of facilitator(s) available to develop, deliver, and administer this program. (8) Partial customer list demonstrating the desired experience with Federal, Navy and/or DoD research and development orga nizations. Please indicate the nature of services provided for each customer listed. (9) References who can address your experience in delivering stated program (Organization, name and phone number of point of contact). (10) Acceptance for use on the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI). Please focus the materials that you provide to demonstrate your ability to understand and meet the needs identified in enclosure (1). Providing information that is unrelated to the described program may be interpreted as an inability to understand the requirement.
