Description
The Department of Treasury, Bureau of the Public Debt, on behalf of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) intends to issue a solicitation for local telephone services. The resulting contract is intended to meet the needs of FinCEN. The vendor must be able to supply the following services via two ISDN PRI T1 Carrier circuits for the Vienna, VA location, and one ISDN PRI T1 Carrier circuit for the Washington, D.C. and Martinsburg, WV locations without interruption of current service and without additional changeover cost or reprogramming requirements for FinCEN. The circuits must be provided via dedicated fiber optic facilities from the Company central office to a fiber multiplexer within FinCEN?s facility. In addition to the above, the Vienna, VA location requires service for 12 plain old telephone (analog) lines, and the Martinsburg, WV location requires 1 plain old telephone (analog) line. FinCEN also requires Facility Access Services via T1 circuits to the following locations: Two circuits from FinCEN, Vienna, VA (703) 905 to Washington, D.C. 1500 Pennsylvania Ave. NW (202) 289; and two circuits from FinCEN Vienna, VA (703) 905 to Washington, D.C. 1099 14th St. NW (202) 289. The government intends to make a single award. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list. Therefore, we recommend that you monitor the FedBizOpps site for all information relevant to desired acquisitions.
