Description
The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is seeking information from the Small Businesses community regarding planned competitive procurements for (1) Program Office Support, North American Industry Classification System Code is 561110, size standard is $$6,000,000; (2) Organizational Development, North American Industry Classification System Code is 611430, size standard is $6,000,000; (3) Employee Assistance Program, North American Industry Classification System Code is 624190, size standard is $$6,000,000; and (4) Drug Testing Services, North American Industry Classification System Code is 621511, size standard is $11,500,000. These service areas are identified as potential small business set-asides within the greater Human Development (HD) Directorate strategy to train, develop and retain a diverse government cadre of Geospatial-Intelligence (GEOINT) professionals with the knowledge and skills to meet current and future mission requirements. NGA intends to issue draft Statements of Work on or about 16 December 2005. NGA is looking for small business sources capable of providing these services. This work will be performed principally at NGA?s Washington, DC Metropolitan area and St. Louis area locations, although support may be extended to NGA organizations globally. Due to the sensitive nature of the work at NGA, all contractor personnel working in NGA facilities shall be required to be U.S. Citizens and have the appropriate Top-Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance (TS/SCI). Prospective companies must provide and be capable of sustaining a sufficient cadre of cleared personnel to support NGA's global reach, and will be required to provide a security plan as part of any proposal(s). Please provide your company name, point of contact, email address and the functional area of interest only if you meet the above criteria. Teaming arrangements will be acceptable. Please identify your business as a Small Business or 8a certified, or other applicable small or small disadvantage business area as may be applicable. All responses MUST be emailed to HDT&S@nga.mil by 12:00 Noon on December 09, 2005. This announcement is not a request for proposal. This special notice is to inform all potential offerors that the follow-on solicitation notice will be placed on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO), http://www.fedbizopps.gov prior to the release of the Request for Proposal (RFP). For security reasons, all potential offerors are required to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), http://www.ccr.gov and the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDS), https://www.fedteds.gov in order to view or download RFP information.
