Description

The United States Coast Guard, MLC Atlantic intends to issue a purchase order to Shuster Corporation for an 110EIK Engine Installation Kit for Island Class 110 foot Patrol Boats, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This requirement is being solicited under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) and FAR Subpart 6.302-1. Shuster Corporation is the only company that has the technical propriety data necessary to assemble the required parts for the installation kit. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 339991 ? Gasket, packing, and sealing devices manufacturing and the small business size standard is 500. The acquisition is for two installation kits for 110 Class vessels. The installation kits will be delivered F.O.B. Destination to the U.S. Coast Guard Integrated Support Command (CSS), 100 Mac Arthur Causeway, Miami Beach, FL 33139-5101. The required delivery date is 02 January 2006. Items shall be packed, packaged and marked in accordance with commercial standards. The OEM's best standard commercial warranty is requested and shall be identified in the bidder's quote.
