- This is a combined CBD/Synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items will be utilized for this acquisition. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is HSCG40-05-B-20014. This announcement constitutes the solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-06. Quotes are being requested and a package for quote submission is available as an electronic attachment. The NAICS for this combined synopsis/solicitation is 334511 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The U.S. Coast Guard ELC has a requirement for the following: 1.) NSN 5999-01-123-9250, DSN-450 Tracker PWB, Tracker printed circuit board, a component of the DSN-450. MEU LVL 2, Rev H. Mfr: Syqwest, P/N 938202-2, Qty 10 each. 2.) NSN 5999-01-123-9251, DSN-450 Clock PWB, Printed Circuit Board Clock, A component of the DSN-450, MEU LVL 5, Rev. L., Mfr: Syqwest, P/N 970886-1, Qty 10 each. 3.) NSN 5999-01-123-9252, DSN-450 Range Gate BD, Range gate printed circuit board, a component of the DSN-450, MEU LVL 9, Rev. T., Mfr: Syqwest, P/N 938643-2, Qty 6 each. 4.) NSN 5998-01-124-3338, DSN-450 Receiver BD, Printed circuit board receiver, a component of the SN-450, MEU LVL 9, Rev. T., Mfr: Syqwest, P/N 971521-2, Qty 10 each. 5.) NSN 5998-01-131-2541, Depth Processor PWB, Printed Cicuit board depth processor, a component of the DSN-450, MEU LVL 2, Rev. J., Mfr; Syqwest, P/N 971522-1, Qty 10 each. NOTE: NO DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS OR SCHEMATICS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THIS AGENCY!! Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination, U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center, Baltimore, Maryland 21225. Delivery is desired within 60 days or sooner, REQUIRED within 90 days. It is intended that the Coast Guard ELC will obtain pricing directly from the manufacturer, Syqwest, Inc., Providence, RI 02904-1859. Quotation shall include unit price, proposed delivery in days (after receipt of order), your company Tax ID number and DUNS Number. Each item to be individually packaged in accordance with MIL-STD 2073 1D, Method 41, Code GX (including electrostatic and electromagnetic protection) and individually marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129. Bar Coding is required. The following FAR Clauses and Provisions apply to this solicitation.
