- This requirement is sole source to DRS Engineering Development Laboratories Inc. (Cage 0CDN3), Dayton, OH. The Government does not own the technical data. Reference - Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquisition is to obtain a Three year (basic year and two annual options) firm fixed price contract for Common Fill Panels applicable to the HH-60G Helicopter. NSN: 1680-01-500-5198GC, P/N: 2670-0005-03-1, Noun: Common Fill Panel. Basic year quantity is 6 each, and quantities for Options I and II are 1-6 each. Numbered notes 22 and 26 apply.
