Description: The Government intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis a contract with International Transport Logistics(ITLT)Solutions. Purpose of contract is to study military application of CONTRAIL, a proprietary technology of ITLT Solution, a Florid a corporation, that hold license from ITL Technologies. ITLT is the developer and patent holder of CONTRAIL. Studies are to determine capability of CONTRAIL as a devise to load oversized military cargo onto container ships, freeing up RORO vessels for ot her military missions. Contracts period of performance is for one base year and one optional year.
