PRON: AX6T2002, NSN: 2915-01-414-6977, PN: 108466, Quantity: 40 each applicable to the UH-60L/AH-64A Engine (T-701C). FOB Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX.. Required delivery with First Article Test ing is 40 each, 413 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 263 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 40 each, 275 DACA. This is a Critical Safety Item. This item is restricted to General Electric Company, Cage Code 99207,Woodward Governor Company, Cage Code 66503, Woodward Governor Company, Cage Code 0JAU7 and Goodrich Corporation, Cage Code 11599 because the Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are enc ouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR (Comprehensive Automated Process for Source Approval Req uest) and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation Requirements.
