Description
The United States Army Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) intends to extend the ordering period of contract number W15P7T-04-D-A606 for an additional six months through June 30, 2006 under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2 304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(i) Only One Responsible Source to Raytheon Company, Marlborough, Massachusetts 01752-3770. The contract provides for maintenance, repair/overhaul, CONUS and OCONUS field technical assistance and support serv ices for the AN/TPN-31 Air Traffic Navigation, Integration and Coordination System (ATNAVICS) and AN/FPN-67 Fixed Based Precision Approach Radar (FBPAR). As the developer, integrator and original equipment manufacturer of the ATNAVICS and FBPAR systems, R aytheon is the only known source with the facilities, technical expertise and proprietary technical data that are essential for the required maintenance, repair/overhaul, and field support services. The Government does not possess specifications and/or det ailed drawings at the subassembly level. This synopsis is provided for informational purposes and is not to be considered a request for proposal. However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Number W15P7T -06-R-B615 is assigned for reference purposes and point of contact is Elizabeth.Marcotte@us.army.mil. The contract modification is estimated at $4M. The NAICS code is 811219. The U.S. Army C-E LCMC has established the IBOP website as part of the Armys Single Face to Industry, to allow electronic posting of Solicitation for Request for Proposals (RFP) Request for Quotations (RFQ) and Invitation for Bids (IFB) from C-E LCMC to I ndustry.
