Description

The Bureau of Indian Affairs Navajo Regional Office solicits for an award of Renting Water Tankers. The proposed rental will be as follows: The contractor shall furnish four (4) water tankers, 6,000 gallon tank capacity, tandem axle trailer with fifth (5th) wheel hitch, top 24" inlet for loading and bottom rear minimum of 6"-8" valve outlet for water discharge, and include spare tires for each trailer. The water tankers shall comply with all safety requirements and shall be in good operating conditions (e.g. springs, tanks, valves, brakes, lights, and tire must be in good condition). The contractor shall deliver the equipment free-on-board to the BIA Construction Project site at N5000, Toadlena, New Mexico. Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. RMN00060032 must be submitted by close of business December 20, 2005. This procurement is a total set aside for Small Business. All interested firms are requested to submit a written request to obtain the solicitation package either by mail or by facsimile, Fax No. (505) 863-8382. Telephone requests to obtain the solicitation package will not be accepted. A limited of 15 solicitation packages will be made available for the first 15 requests at no charge. Technical inquires must be submitted in writing five days before the established RFQ closing date to the Contracting Officer.
