Description
The United States Government seeks to lease Office Space, in existing building or build to suit, consisting of approximately 9,000 rentable square feet, in New Britain, Connecticut, within the following delineated area: West: From the intersection of West Pearl Street and Arch Street in the South, Northward along Arch Street to Main Street; then continuing northward on Main Street to West Main Street in the North; then returning southward along Main Street to Chestnut Street. North: From the intersection of Main Street and Chestnut Street; Eastward along Chestnut Street to Herald square in the East. East: From the intersection of Chestnut Street and Herald Square, south to Badolato Drive; then southward along Badolato Drive to Pearl Street in the south. South: From the intersection of Pearl Street and Badolato Drive in the East; westward along Pearl Street to Franklin Square; then northward along Franklin Square to Main Street; then westward along Glenn Street to West Pearl Street; then continuing westward along West Pearl Street returning to Arch Street. The space should yield about, but no less than, 7,942 BOMA usable square feet of first class office space, all of which must be contiguous and on one floor. One reserved parking space is required. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, seven (7) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Existing space must be ready for occupancy no later than July 1, 2006. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
