Description

NAICS 238150. Work includes replacing existing asphalt insulation roofing material on designated roof areas (approximately 3350 SF) with EPDM membrane roofing system. Work location is FB/CH, 655 1st Ave. N., Fargo, North Dakota. Contractor must be Firestone Red Shield Licensed Contractors. Security clearances are required for all workers. Solicitation packages will be available on December 20, 2005. Work to be completed within 160 days after notice to proceed. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Payment bond is required. This solicitation may be available on the internet http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Drawing will not be available on the internet.
