****ATTENTION***FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED to Ted Arterberry, Contracting Officer, AMSAM-AC-LS-A. PRON: AX579672AX, NSN: 5998-01-180-2124, P/N: 13078270, NOUN: Circuit Card Assembly, Quantity: Minimum/93 each Maximum/465 each five years Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) applicable to TADS/PNVS. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 93 each 345 days after contract award. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 93 each 2 30 days after contract award. When Alternate II clause is recommended First Article Testing is 93 each 288 days after contract award with delivery to Orlando, FL 32819-0000. This item is restricted to; Interstate Electronics Corporation Cage 07421, Lockh eed Martin Corporation Cage 04939, ELOP Electro-Optics Industries Cage S6070. The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. All offerors must meet prequalification require ments in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item describe above are encourage to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source appro val in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, whic h shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are remind ed that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. No telephone request will be accepted. NOTES: 23 and 26.
