Description

Vet vaccines are required at the USDA, Agricultural Research Service, U.S. Meat Animal Research Center (MARC). All items are to be delivered by 01/27/2006. This acquisition is being conducted using commercial items best value basis. Evaluation criteria in no order of preference are price, quality, warranty, and past performance. Multiple awards may result from this solicitation. This is a cascade solicitation that is 100% set-aside for small business (fewer that 1000 employees). In the event no reasonable offers are received from responsible small business then offers from large businesses will be considered. The solicitation will be available in Adobe Acrobat format for downloading December 15, 2005. The offer response date is scheduled for January 4, 2006.
