Description

The Bend/Fort Rock Ranger District of the Deschutes National Forest will be issuing a RFP for a 2 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for tree planting and vexar tube installation. The minimum order for the spring of 2006 will be 500 acres of tree planting. The maximum order will be 2000 acres of tree planting (spring of 2006 and spring of 2007) and 1500 acres of vexar tube installation. (spring 2006 and spring 2007). This proposed contract is set-aside 100% for HUBZone Small Business Concerns. See numbered note 27. The RFP will be posted on or around January 5, 2006 with offers due 30 days after. The anticipated start work date is April 1, 2006. Interested parties are encouraged to visit the project locations.
