Description: The awarded contract shall provide independent testing services for a seismic upgrade construction project. Services to include the testing of concrete, soils compaction, and other materials used in construction. The Testing Laboratory retained must be accredited by one or more of the National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP) programs acceptable in the geographic region for the subject project. AREA OF CONSIDERATION: In or around VA San Diego Healthcare Center, California (100 mile radius restriction) which is located at 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161. The contractor shall provide services to VA San Diego Healthcare Center.
