- This is for the acquisition of NSN: 1730-00-763-2382RN Noun: Aircraft Hoisting Unit. P/N: 1C5442G1. This item will have a quantity range from 1-4ea 0r 5-9ea. It will be solicited in a manner that will allow contractors to break the price out for different quantity ranges. There will also be 4-1 year options with a yearly option range of 1-5ea. per option period. Size/DIM: height 164ins, width 126 ins, depth 126 ins, 910 lbs. Form/function: provides a maintenance unit with a air transportable, mobile hoist with two chain falls. Predominant mtrl of manufacture: Steel. This will be for a firm fixed price acquisition. Solicitation will be available for viewing or down loading at www.fedbizopps.gov only. No telephone requests. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE ISSUED. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. This acquisition may/does involve technology that has a military or space application. The only US contractors who may participate are those that are certified and registered with DLSC( 1-800-352-3572) and have a legitimate business purpose. US contractors must submit a copy of their current approved DD form 2345 with their request for password access. To Request this certification, write to the commander, Defense Logistics Services Center, ATTN: DLSC ?FEB, Federal Center, Battle Creek, MI 49017-3084 and request a copy of DD form 2345 or call DLSC at the above number.
