Description: Travis AFB intends to award a sole source contract to AngioDynamics for the following: 1) AngioDynamic pecision 980 laser, 2) physician & patient educ video, 3) 5-45 cm venacure treatment kit, 4) 5-65 cm venacure treatment kit, 5) additional safety glasses, and 6) additional operators MANUALS. Contractors shall provide all tools, labor, materials and transportation. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. NAICS Code 339112 applies. SIC 3841 applies. Contractor must be registered in the CCR at www.ccr.2000.
