Description

This project will be comprised of a grade control structure and protection of an existing bridge just upstream of the proposed weir. The bridge protection will consist of R200 riprap while the grade control structure will be a combination of R200 an d R2200. Excavated material will be placed on the left descending bank upstream of the bridge. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. There are ten (10) sheets in the set of drawings. This will be an unrestricte d procurement with HubZone price evaluation preference for small business concerns. For the purpose of this procurement to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominate in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not exceeding $28.5 million. The supplies or services to be procured in this solicitation are classified under NAI CS Code 237990. This solicitation will be available on or about 22 December 2005.
