Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Central California Area Office (CCAO) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm-fixed price contract for Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) Software, software maintenance, training, and the creation/population of a CCAO MSDS database based on identified onsite products. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) applicable for this project is 423430. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is 100 employees. It is anticipated that the RFQ, will be posted to December 7, 2005 at http://ideasec.nbc.gov with quotes due on or about December 19, 2006. Prospective contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information on CCR registration can be obtained via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Information on Annual Representations and Certifications can be obtained via the Internet at http://orca.bpn.gov.
