- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) has a requirement for the following items: Item 1) Top Finish Plate (Delrin) Drawing number 3000481, 1.00? +/- .002? X 33.07? X 42.91? with a surface finish of 63, Quantity Three (3) each, Item 2) Top Plate (Aluminum) Drawing number 3000482, 0.750? +/- .002? X 33.07? X 42.91?, Quantity Three (3) Each. Each Unit shall be made in accordance with the attached drawings. This Procurement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside (see note number 1). Small Business size Standard is 500 employees and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332313. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number for this requirement is RFQ-06-0141.The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR parts 12 and 13 shall be used. Delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination, Bureau of Engraving and Printing, D Street Between 13th and 14th Streets SW, Washington, DC 20228-0001. The resulting purchase order will be a firm fixed price order. All interested Small businesses shall submit a written quotation, which will be considered. Quotations may be submitted on a SF1449, SF18, or on company letterhead. Quotations must include the following information: The RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the extended price, delivery date, any prompt payment discount terms, Company name, point of contact, address, telephone and fax numbers, tax ID number, Duns number, business size status (that is small business, disadvantaged business, Veteran owned, or woman owned business, ETC.). Quotations are due by 12 Noon, December 19, 2005.
