Description

The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) has a requirement to procure the professional services of a Registered Nurse to primarily work on preparation, work up and follow up of patients with genetic disorders, adrenal tumors, and pituitary conditions. A Statement of work will be attached to the Request for Quote (RFQ) package. Responsible vendors that are capable of providing NICHD with the services described above may request a copy of the RFQ in writing or by FAX to 301-480-4226 to the Contracting Officer prior to the closing date of this notice. It is anticipated that RFQ NIH-NIDDK-06-620 will be available fifteen (15) days after the publication of this notice. Receipt of quotations will be due ten (10) days after the release of the RFQ. The anticipated award date is January 3, 2005. Quotations must be submitted in writing to the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, 6707 Democracy Blvd., Room 779, Bethesda, Maryland 20817, Attention: Mr. Dana Harris. Fax quotations must contain offerors names, address, telephone number, and fax number. FAX quotations will only be accepted if dated and signed by an authorized company representative. This order is not a Small Business Set-Aside. These services will be in accordance with the Federal Wage and Determination for Registered Nurse III under Occupation Code 12314 of the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration.
