- Description
- The proposed action will provide for the procurement of approximately fifty-five (55),Verification Kits, Part Number: ADM-300A E Kits (NSN: 6665-01-426-5071). Delivery locations are CONUS and OCONUS. The Air Force District of Washington, Acquisition Division/A7KM, Contracts Office intends to negotiate a sole source, firm fixed-price purchase order with Canberra Industries, Incorporated. They are the unique designer, developer, and manufacturer of this product. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services in accordance with 6.302-1; The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1); Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All requests for further information must be in writing and via email to the above address, telephone requests for additional information will not be honored. Acknowledgement of receipt will be issued.
