Description

The purpose of this announcement is to provide notice that the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to make a firm-fixed price, sole source award to Western EcoSystems Technology Inc. to complete Golden Eagle Populations Survey in the western states of the United States. This acquisition is to re-instate the Golden Eagle Survey initiated with Western EcoSystems in 2003 and terminated in 2004 due to cutbacks in funding. Further test and refinement of survey protocol is required, for use in a future long-term Golden Eagle monitoring program. This sole source award would provide the project continuity of service and protocol standardization. Survey methodology and analytical procedure used in previous survey is prorietary in nature. This announcement is published as a Sole Source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This is NOT a request for competitive quotes. The intent of this Pre-Solicitation Notice is for informational purposes only. However, all information received by 4:30 p.m. MST, December 29, 2005 will be considered by the Government.
