Description

The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) has a requirement to award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Priced, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract with General Dynamics C4 Systems, 8201 East McDowell Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85257, under the authority cited in 10 U.S.C 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1; Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This contract will be awarded to purchase Miniature Transmitters and Line of Sight Receivers and the following which specifically support these equipment items: accessories, testers, replenishment parts, consumables, repair and training services, and upgrades and enhancements, over an ordering period of 5 years. This is not a solicitation or request for Proposal.
