Description

The United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) intends to award a sole-source purchase order in the amount of $48,000 with options for additional maintenance utilizing simplified acquisition procedures to Snowbound Software, 321 Arsenal Street, 2nd Floor, Watertown, MA 02472 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source. No RFP will be issued as a result. The requirement is as follows: Seat License for RasterMaster Platinum Extended 9.0 SDK for Java, includes Optional Annotation and PDF Read Support.
