Description: The U.S. Army, 7th Army Training Command (ATC), USAG-Grafenwoehr has a requirement for local drayage services for U.S. Government owned Army Family Housing (AFH) and Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) furnishings in the Hohenfels, Grafenwoehr, Ger many areas. The Federal Supply Class for this requirement is V129, NAICS code is 488991. This acquisition is unrestricted. A Commercial Item indefinite quantity type contract is contemplated. Selection will be made using the Source Selection Process, B est Value Continuum - Trade Off Process. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by the agency. Requirements are grouped into areas and award may be made to either one offeror meeting both Group I (Hohenfels area) and Group II (Grafenwoehr area) requirements, or, two offerors meeting either Group I or Group II requirements, as determined by the evaluation process. The approximate issue date of the solicitation is 15 December 2005.
