- PROJECT TITLE AND LOCATION: Construct a two-bay Global Hawk maintenance hangar and aircraft parking apron at USAF, Beale AFB, CA. Hangar will consist of steel frame, masonry walls, standing seam metal roof, concrete floor slab, high expansion foam fire suppression system, utilities, pavements, site improvements, and communications support. Apron will consist of installation of airfield concrete, aircraft tie down and grounding points, apron markings, and apron drainage improvements. This Request For Proposals (RFP) is UNRESTRICTED. This procurement will be conducted under NAICS code: 236220. The size standard for this NAICS code is: $28.5 Million. Estimated cost range is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00. SIC Code is 1542. FSC Code is Y199. The acquisition method is an u nrestricted Request For Proposal (RFP) and all qualified businesses may respond. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency. Please note that all offers will be due on 07 February 2006. This RFP will be unrestricted . Information on the site visit will be found in Section 00100 of the specifications. Any future a mendments to the solicitation will also be available for download from this website. It is important that you first go to this website and under Contracting Division homepage click on the advertised solicitation you are interested in. Go to Plan Holder Registration. This will require you to establish a user name and password. Keep the user name and password and share it with anyone else in your organization who is responsible for registering your firm on planholders lists. With our new system you only have to do the full registration one time. If you have your user name and password you can always go back into the system and register for other jobs without having to go through the entire registration process. However, you can only do this by using your initial user name and password.
