Description: The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole source contract under FAR Part 12 (base and 4 option years) to FNH USA Inc, McLean VA, for the purchase of 5.7x28MM SS195 LF Ammunition, PN 10700012, for FNH P90 Submachine guns (estimated quantity approx. 1,500,000 rounds total).
