- YPE05297000368, 5961-01-053-3316. Approved source(s): Raytheon (49956) P/N 914509-2; M/A-Com (50998) P/N PH8296; both to be in accordance with (49956) 914509. The requirement is for 3,300 each to be delivered to Tracy CA and New Cumberland PA within 220 days with any balance to be delivered at a rate of 1,500 each every 30 days thereafter. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/Rfp on its issue date of 27 December 2005. Hard copies of this solicitation are NOT available. This is an unrestricted procurement. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Various increments solicited: from 1,500 ea to 2,499 ea; from 2,500 ea to 4,999 ea; from 5,000 ea to 7,499 ea. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
