Small Business Set-Aside: Total Small Business
Description: Boise VAMC seeks to procure one M/R III Coating System or equal. The Scratch Resistant Coating System is required to coat CR-39, high index, and polycarbonate lenses. It must be self-contained with no smaller than a 5 gallon reservoir. Unit must be user friendly by being fully automated. The system must require 80 psi compressed air with an air exchange rate of 4-5 times per hour with no special ventilation. The unit must stand alon being no larger than 25" x 30" x 76". The system will not be required the use of Nitrogen tank nor contain hazardous or flammable solvents or produce excess byproducts. Bids must be received by 12/19/2005 8:00 AM MT, no exceptions.
