- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Fluke Corporation for the acquisition of one (1) Measurement Standard for U.S. Navy, P/N 2064221 (5790A/AN 03OPT.AC), one (1) Current Shunt Adapter, P/N 893185 (5790A-7001), one (1) Rack Mounting Kit, P/N 827105 (Y5737), and one (1) Cable Assy., N-Conn to Banana, P/N 900349 (5790A-8026) for FMS Kuwait. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
