- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division has a requirement for antenna part numbers 9-33-22, 9-33-24 and 9-33-26 in support of Special Mission Aircraft. The requirement is for Chelton, Incorporated, 1720 Lakepointe Drive, Lewisville, TX ?Brand Name Only.? The Government does not possess specifications to solicit on the basis of full and open competition. A five-year, firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract will be awarded for a minimum of six (6) of each antenna and a maximum of twenty-four (24) of each antenna. Delivery will be FOB Destination to NSWC Crane Division, Crane, Indiana 47522. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination by NSWC Crane personnel. The solicitation will be available on or about 15 December 2005 at the following address: http://www.crane.navy.mil/supply/announce.htm. No hard copy of the solicitation will be mailed. Interested sources must download from the www site listed and may contact Ms. Diane Pearson, at telephone 812-854-5201, Fax 812-854-3805 or email: diane.pearson@navy.mil with any questions. Reference the above solicitation number when responding to this notice. Offers must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation to be considered. Submitting a bid from the NECO web site by clicking on the "Submit Bid" does not guarantee offers will be received by the proper person in the correct format. It is the responsibility of offerors to download the RFP and to submit offers to the POC at NSWC Crane to be considered
