- THE U. S. GOVERNMENT GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION SOLE SOURCE ANNOUNCEMENT RALEIGH, NC AMOUNT: Approximately 4,333 rentable square feet of existing office space. LOCATION: The U.S. Government intends to negotiate a sole source procurement for a succeeding lease for approximately 4,333 rentable square feet of existing office space located 6213-E Angus. Alternate locations must be of equal size and quality and at an economic value to the Government including all tenant improvements cost, as well as all cost associated with the physical relocation. We currently occupy 4,333 square feet of space at a rental rate of $10.51 per square foot. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The lease term is 10 years, 5 years firm.
