Description

FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS CONTRACT. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is for the Renovation of Dorm 631, located at Malmstrom, AFB MT. Work consists of providing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, quality control and supervision necessary to Renovate Dorm 631 in accordance with the project specifications and drawings. Request for Proposal will be issued on or about 22 Jul 05. Request for Proposal will close on or about 22 Aug 2005. This is a firm-fixed price contract. The performance period is 270 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The anticipated contract will be awarded on a Price Performance Trade-Off basis. There is no winter exclusion period. This acquisition is open to both large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Request for Proposal is available only on the Internet at http://www2.eps.gov. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) to be eligible for award, see internet sitehttp://www.ccr.gov/index.asp. Payment for this acquisition will be made through the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system. Contractors must be registered in WAWF, see Internet site https://wawf.eb.mil/ for registration. Potential contractors must also be currently registered in the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), see Internet site http://orca.bpn.gov. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. NAICS Code is 236210. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (07-JUL-2005).
