- THIS REQUIREMENT WAS PREVIOUSLY SYNOPSIZED UNDER SOLICITATION NUMBER FA8101-04-R-0015, HOWEVER, DUE TO ADMINISTRATIVE ERROR, THE REQUIREMENT WILL BE SOLICITED UNDER FA8101-05-R-0003. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform industrial waste removal services as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). A service contract is contemplated. The period of performance is for a basic period and 4 one year options. Point of contact is Michelle Shaw at 405-739-3367 or email at michelle.shaw@tinker.af.mil. The approximate issue date for this solicitation is on or about 15 Nov 04. It should be noted that all contractors are required to be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database prior to award.
