- THIS REQUIREMENT WAS PREVIOUSLY SYNOPSIZED UNDER SOLICITATION NUMBER FA8101-04-R-0015, HOWEVER, DUE TO ADMINISTRATIVE ERROR, THE REQUIREMENT WILL BE SOLICITED UNDER FA8101-05-R-0003. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform industrial waste removal, transportation and disposal services. A service contract is contemplated. The period of performance will be one basic period with three one-year option periods. The government will award a contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsible bidder whose proposal, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the government. The approximate issue date for this solicitation is on or about 30 DEC 2004. The site visit for this project will be held on 5 JAN 2005 at 0900 and is highly recommended. Meeting location is undetermined at this time; all parties interested in attending the site visit may contact Kevin D. Haynes for location and details. It should be noted that all contractors are required to be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database prior to award. Contractors can obtain additional information by calling 1-888-227-2423 or may register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS): 562211. THIS IS A TOTAL SET ASIDE TO SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS. Size Standard $10.5M. A written solicitation will not be issued, the electronic solicitation will be the only solicitation issued.
