- Description
- This is a Corporate Contract IQC solicitation for the procurement of items that are manufactured by Cargotech Inc. This acquisition has a potential of 322 NSNs managed by DLA. The primary focus for this acquisition is 162 NSNs managed by DSCC, 149 NSNs managed by DSCP and 44 managed by DSCR. The acquisition will be evaluated for all or none per NSN on the basis of FOB Destination and will include shipment to any CONUS destination including Ports of Loading. The solicitation, which includes the NSNs, Item Description, Part Numbers, Annual Demand Quantity, and Delivery Schedule are available for download under the “Acquisition Download” menu item on the DSCC Internet Bid Board System(DIBBS) under the heading “DSCC Corporate Contract Solicitations”. Access is directly available by accessing http://dibbs.dscc.cols.com. Access is also available via the World Wide Web-refer to WEB Link at http://www.dscc.dla.mil/programs/corporate_contracts/cc.asp. FSCs to be covered under this project include:2590,2805,3040,3120,3810,4010,4330,4720,4820,5310,5306,5330,5340,5920,5930 and 6220. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note(s):(x)12, (x)22, (x)26. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of October, 21, 2004 at http://dibbs.dscccols. com/rfp. The solicitation is also available at http://www.dscc.dla.mil/programs/corporate_contracts/cc.asp. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 2590, 2805, 3040, 3120, 3810, 4010, 4330, 4720, 4820, 5310, 5306, 5330, 5331, 5340, 5920, 5930 and 6220. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.(c)(1). Approved sources are: Cargotech Inc. (34194) While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the soliciatation. Refer to Section M of the solicitation. This acquisition is limited to eligible 8(a) concerns only. NAICS Code 336312. Eligibility to participate may be restricted to firms in either the developmental or transitional stage. Interested 8(a) concerns should request copies of this solicitation as soon as possible since the solicitation will be issued without further notice upon SBA acceptance of the requirement for the Section 8(a)program.
