- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) bidders must bid on all or none basis. Or equal items are not allowed and will not be reviewed. Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ: 05TC502. The intent of this procurement is to award based on sole source requirement. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15 and DFARS Change Notice 20030722, Standard Industrial Code 2844 , North American Industry Classification System Code 325620 and Size Standard of 500 employees apply to this procurement. The Government intends to evaluate and award without discussions on this procurement. The intent of this procurement is to award based on sole source requirement. Quotes are not being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes are required to be received no later than 11:00 AM CST, 16 Sept 2005 and quotes must be valid thru 01 Oct 05. Purchase order is subject to availability of funds. Currently there is no funding for this purchase. Include delivery time in quote.
