- The Bureau of Prisons is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community based outpatient substance abuse treatment services in the vicinities of the Riverside CCC, located at 965 NW 1st Street, Miami, Florida 33128 and the Spectrum Programs, Inc., located at 101 N.W., 59th Street, Miami, Florida 33127, for drug abuse treatment services for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of various United States Statutes. Performance period under this contract will be for a one year base period to begin on March 1, 2006, with four (4) one year option periods, with services ending (if all option years are renewed) on February 28, 2011. The services required for this contract include: Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three and Option Year Four, respectively.
