Description: The U.S. Army Research, Development, and Engineering Command Acquisition Center (RDECOM AC) is seeking qualified sources for Research and Development services for the effort entitled Point of Discharge Emissions Measurements. The resulting contrac t, using FAR Part 12 procedures, will be firm fixed price in nature. The period of performance for this effort is 12 months from date of award. The only deliverable required is a final report. The Government intends to make award to the lowest price mos t technically acceptable offeror.
