- The Bureau of Administration, Office of Acquisition, Department of State hereby issues Amendment 003 to RFP # SAQMPD04R1040 to: 1) Provide responses to questions regarding this RFP (Attachment 7); 2) Extend the proposal due date from March 21, 2005 to 2:00 PM EST March 31, 2005; 3) Define ODCs as 'Other Direct Costs'; 4) Incorporate revised Sections C, D, F, G, H, J, and M as outlined in this amendment. The solicitation (including amendments) will only be made available at the FEDBIZOPPS (Federal Business Opportunity) website. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (22-FEB-2005).
