Description: The Batesville Job Corps Center is requesting bids for the Replacement of HVAC/Gas Fired Furnaces for Building #1, #8 and Ventilation for Building #7. The work involves removal of five gas furnaces, four 10-ton condensing units and a heat/air unit. Replaced with five 230mbh and 170mbh gas fired furnaces, four 10-ton condensing units and cooling coils for Building#1 (Administration). Provide ventilation to Building #7, (Warehouse Maintenance Shop). Removal of old air/heat unit and provide a 5-ton split system heat pump unit for Building #8 (Gymnasium). All interested vendors are required to do a walk-through of the Center. Vendors must give at least a twenty-four (24) hour notice by contacting the Purchasing Specialist at (662) 563-4656, extension 221.
