Description

The Bureau of Land Management Amarillo Field Office through the BLM New Mexico State Office has an upcoming requirement for the acquisition of various lubrication oils on an as-needed basis for continuous, effective operation of the Cliffside Gas Field Station in Amarillo, Texas. The items required are Teressic 150 or equal (approximately 4675 gallons per annum); Terresic 100 or equal (approximately 4675 gallons per annum); UNIVIS HVI 13 (approximately 55 gallons); Teressic 77 or equal (approximately 55 gallons); Teressic 68 or equal (approximately 55 gallons); and Mobil Pegasus 805 or equal (approximately 2800 gallons per annum; in 250 gallons bulk). ALL ITEMS ARE ON AS-NEEDED BASIS. Orders will be placed against the resultant contract at least 72 hours prior to required delivery date. Delivery point, FOB destination, is Cliffside Gas Field located at 13301 West Brickplant Road in Amarillo, Texas 79124. Performance will commence immediately after award. Period of performance is one year. Anticipated award of the firm-fixed price contract is on or by January 3, 2006. Evaluation criteria for award consideration, listed in descending order of importance, will include technical capability to meet the government need; price; past performance; and small business program participation and certification such as Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, 8a, small disadvantaged business, HUBZone, woman-owned, etc.. Technical capability and past performance when combined are approximately equal to cost or price. Request for Quotation No. GDQ060009 using procedures prescribed by FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be posted approximately 24 hours after transmission of this announcement. Thereafter, the full solicitation package may be accessed via link to this synopsis at www.fedbizopps.gov, or directly at http://ideas.nbc.gov. This is a total small business set-aside. NAICS is 324191 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. PSC is 9150.
